Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all orders are processed and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit/debit cards, and other secure payment methods. All payments must be completed before your order is processed. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported and pursued legally.

Refund/Return

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once hair has been opened, worn, or altered in any way. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
